ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.18517 of 2022 vide order dated 29.09.2022.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 03.11.2022 arb 2/4
