ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] (1)The above Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 408 days in filing the review application.

(2)In the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition, the petitioner has given sufficient reasons.

(3)It is also to be noted that the respondents have not filed any counter affidavit seriously disputing the facts narrated while explaining the delay in the affidavit.

(4)This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above miscellaneous petition.

(5)Hence, the petition is ordered and the delay of 408 days is condoned. (6)Registry is directed to number the review application if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same for admission on 06.11.2024 at 3.30 p.m.
