ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the first and second respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2021 and conduct an enquiry to make necessary action to measure the schedule mentioned property belongs to the petitioner.

2. The petitioner submitted representation to measure her property, which is pending. Therefore, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2021 and conduct enquiry after issuance of notice to the petitioner, the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders to measure the schedule mentioned property belongs to her, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
