The petition has been filed to relax the conditions in paragraph no.7(b) imposed upon the petitioner/accused-2 in the order dated 09.08.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.19341 of 2024 by this Court.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
