The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.21612 of 2021 dated 06.10.2021.

2. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition itself was dismissed.

3. In view of the fact that the writ petition itself was dismissed, there is no need for further adjudication in the contempt petition. Accordingly the contempt petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum, if he is aggrieved by the order in the writ petition.
