At the out set it must be clarified that there are two W.M.Ps one is W.M.P.No.7868 of 2021 and the other W.M.P.No.28518 of 2021 wherein identical prayers are made. W.M.P.No.7868 of 2021 becomes infructuous, in view of the filing of subsequent miscellaneous petition viz., W.M.P.No.28518 of 2021.

W.M.P.No.28518 of 2021 is filed to order payment out through any RTGS/NEFT mode the sum of Rs.20,068/- ( Rupees Twenty Thousand and Sixty Eight Only) in favour of the petitioner, Tamil Nadu Industrial Investment Corporation Ltd., through bank account CA No.403481482, IFS Code IDIB000N078, Indian Bank, Nandanam Branch by transfer.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that there is no objection for the sum of Rs.20,068/- which has been remitted to the credit of Registrar General, High Court Madras through chalan No.0378718 being paid through RGS/NEFT in favour of the petitioner through bank account.
