Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 & 3 to measure 1/5
the lands at S.No.380/1A2 and 383/1 and mark the boundaries based on the meats and bounds along with necessary and appropriate police protection to the said process.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 2 & 3 to measure his property in S.Nos.380/1A2 and 383/1.
2. The petitioner submitted online application before the second respondent on 17.07.2023 seeking survey of his land situated in S.Nos.383/1 & 380/1A2 at Thiruchitrambalam Village, Mayiladuthurai District. It is seen from the e-challan issued to the petitioner dated 17.07.2023 in e-challan No.20230717006577 the petitioner had paid necessary charges for survey of the land.

3. Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the online application of the petitioner dated 17.07.2023 will be considered, on its own merits, within a time frame fixed by this Court.
4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 17.07.2023 and pass final orders, on its own merits, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing necessary notice to the petitioner and other interested parties.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
