..Respondents Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to file a report before this Court as to the compliance of the orders of this Court dated 21.01.2016 passed in Crl.O.P.No.229 of 2016, as well as action taken on the petitioner's compliant dated 09.11.2016, especially when the subject matter of the complaint is with regard to the "Katta Panchayat" conducted in the form of "Kangaroo Court" in the light of the decision of the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.18955 of 2005 (order dated 05.07.2005).

O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to file a report before this Court as to the compliance of the orders of this Court dated 21.01.2016 passed in Crl.O.P.No.229 of 2016.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that in pursuance of the order passed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.229 of 2016 dated 21.01.2016, summons have been issued to the petitioner for enquiry. However, the petitioner did not appear and co-opearte with the enquiry.

Therefore, the respondent police disposed the C.S.R.No.377 of 2015. Hence, he prays for appropriate orders.

3. Considering the rival submissions, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the second respondent police on 12.04.2016 along with the relevant documents and the second respondent is directed to enquire the matter and act in accordance with law.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
