The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to survey her land in S.No.465/1 with an extent of 1.66.50 Hectare situated at R.Pudupatti Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District, by considering her application dated 05.07.2024.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the above said land was settled by her father and the patta for the same stands in her name. An application was made on behalf of the petitioner on 05.07.2024 seeking survey of the land and the same has not been considered by the 1st respondent till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. Mr.S.J.Mohamed Sathik, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.S.Sugendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the 4th respondent. 2/4

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the application was not submitted by the petitioner through online and if the petitioner submits any fresh online application for survey of her land, the same will be considered by the respondents on its own merit, within the time fixed by this Court.
5. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the petitioner to file fresh online application seeking survey of the above mentioned land within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such online application is filed, the 1st respondent shall consider the same and pass final orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such online application.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
