3.Despite the notice of notice, non represented the second respondent/Insurance Company.

4. The petitioner would aver that due to sudden demise of her parents, they have been mentally shattered and also due to financial constraints, delay of 619 days occurred in filing this appeal.

5. The reasons assigned by the petitioner in the affidavit appear to be reasonable and acceptable. Therefore, this Court is inclined to allow this petition, subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 619 days shall stand waived.
