This application has been filed to set aside the exparte order dated 28.08.2023 passed against the applicant.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection for allowing this application.

3. The issue in the Original Petition is regarding the custody of the children. Before passing final orders, the applicant, who is the father of the children, is also to be heard otherwise serious prejudice would be caused to him. Therefore, the exparte order passed against the applicant is set aside. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
