ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondent to issue a joint patta in favour of the petitioner and her sons, daughters namely (1) A.Suseela, (2) D.E.Rani Pushpalatha, (3) D.E.Rajan Santhoshkumar, (4) D.E.Ravanan, (5) D.E.Ganthimathi, (6) D.E.Rajini Sujatha to the extent of 0.50 cents situated at S.No.29/4 presently T.S.No.110, F Ward, Block 10, South Periyar Nagar, Viruthachalam, Cuddalore District by dispose of the written representation made by the petitioner on 27.07.2021.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.07.2021 and after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders to issue a joint patta in favour of the petitioner and her sons, daughters namely (1) A.Suseela, (2) D.E.Rani Pushpalatha, (3) D.E.Rajan Santhoshkumar, (4) D.E.Ravanan, (5) D.E.Ganthimathi,

(6) D.E.Rajini Sujatha to the extent of 0.50 cents situated at S.No.29/4 presently T.S.No.110, F Ward, Block 10, South Periyar Nagar, Viruthachalam, Cuddalore District on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
