ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 10.08.2021, within a stipulated time.

2. The petitioner submitted appeal before the first respondent as against issuane of patta in favour of the respondents 2 to 6 herein and it is pending without even ordering https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

notice. Considering the same, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 2 to 6 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and conduct enquiry on the appeal filed by the petitioner on 10.08.2021 and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
