ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to measure the petitioner's land situated in S.Nos. 7/2, 8/6, 97/2, 97/6 and 97/4, Andarkuppam Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Chengalpattu District.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, the 1st respondent is directed to measure the subject land, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, adjacent land owners and the 2nd respondent and also counter parties, if any within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
