This matter has been listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court, vide order dated 24.07.2025, has granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20820 of 2025 with certain conditions. However, in the cause title, the name of the police station was erroneously mentioned as "KP Kuppam Police Station" instead of "K.V.Kuppam Police Station" and in the To address portion also it was erroneously mentioned as "KP Kuppam Police Station" instead of 1/3

"K.V.Kuppam Police Station" and the same was reflected in the order copy. Hence, he prayed for the issuance of a suitable order to rectify the same.

3. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to substitute the name of the police station as "K.V.Kuppam Police Station", in the order dated 24.07.2025, wherever it occurs.

28.07.2025 AT Note : Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue fresh copy of the order.
