ORDER

When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Additional Advocate General that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.49612 of 2006 dated 09.11.2011 has been complied with by the Respondents by duly issuing proceedings dated 27.09.2024 and a copy of the same is also placed on record while serving the same on the counsel for the petitioner. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the amounts that are due and payable to the petitioner pursuant to the proceedings dated 27.09.2024 has not been received so far.

2. Mr.J.Ravindaran, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the Respondents submitted that the proceedings dated 27.09.2024 will be given effect and the amounts that are due will be paid to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
