This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report filed in Crime No.29 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent on instructions submitted that on completion of investigation, final report has been filed in this case in e-filing No.LTN20220001085C20500049 on 18.08.2025 before the Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet.

3. Since the final report itself has been filed, quashing of the First Information Report does not arise.
