2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not deposited a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No. 468 of 2022 which the condition imposed by this Court dated 02.01.2023.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner has not complied with the order dated 02.01.2023. Hence, the respondent police is directed to take necessary action against the petitioner as per the manner known to law.
