ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the F.I.R. in Crime No.271/2018 dated 10.07.2018 on the file of the first respondent / police and quash the same as against the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in C.C. No.106/2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur and hence nothing survives for further consideration in this matter.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
