COMMON O R D E R These writ petitions have been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to deal with the representations made by the petitioners on 05.02.2025 and 17.12.2024 respectively wherein the petitioners are seeking for execution of lease agreement in their favour in line with the Wakf Properties Lease Rules, 2014.

2. Heard Mr.Y.Kaja Navas, learned counsel for petitioners and Mr.S.Haja Mohideen Gisthi, learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing for respondent.

3. On carefully going through the records placed before this Court, it is seen that there is absolutely no acknowledgement for having given the representations to the Wakf Board. In view of the same, it is left open to the petitioners to submit a fresh representation to the respondent along with all the relevant documents and on receipt of the same, the respondent shall deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, take a decision and convey the same to the petitioners preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation from the petitioners. 2/4

These writ petitions are disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
