O R D E R

The learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 on instructions submits that Drainage pipes are being laid down by State High Ways Department along with the State Public Works Department and that the Corporation has no role to play.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will take steps to implead these two departments. The learned counsel for the petitioner therefore seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition to file a fresh writ petition. Liberty is granted.
