This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to withdraw the O.S.No.2520 of 2025 on the file of XXII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai and to transfer the same to the file of XVI Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, to be tried along with O.S.No.260 of 2025. 1/4

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for allowing the Transfer Miscellaneous Petition.

In view of consensus among counsel appearing for either side, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and O.S.No.2520 of 2025 pending on the file of the XXII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the XVI Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai for joint trial with O.S.No.260 of 2025.
