ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 12.10.2024, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for payment of a sum of Rs.44,32,017/- towards the supply and installation of drip irrigation systems based on the work order given by the 3rd respondent. 2.Heard Mr.Babu Rangasamy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.R.Sreedhar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3/6 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 12.10.2024 and take a decision and convey the same to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the amount is undisputed, the 3rd respondent shall take steps to repay back the admitted amount to the petitioner.
