Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.40Tu.Ka.K.A/T.Tu.Pu/2019 dated 28.08.2019 passed by the second respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission for holding human chain protest on 15.09.2019 between 07.00 am to 07.00 pm at Cholanganallur, Mannagrudi Taluk, Tiruvarur District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2019.
