These Writ Petitions are filed for a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner's dated 01.07.2025 for release and deposit of the amounts in the petitioner's bank account under the scheme of "Kalainar Kanavu Illam" in Na.Ka.No.0856/2025/A3 dated 05.04.2025, for constructing his house to an extent of 360 Sq. Ft, in Perumbedu Panchayat.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's allotment orders under the scheme of "Kalainar Kanavu Illam" were cancelled by an order dated 21.05.2025 and therefore, these Writ Petitions have become infructuous. A copy of the cancellation orders are also produced before this Court.

3. In view of the cancellation of the petitioner's allotment, the Page No.2 of 4

Mandamus sought for in these Writ Petitions cannot be granted. Hence, the Writ Petitions are dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the order dated 21.05.2025, in a manner known to law. No costs. 19.08.2025 dh Index :
