PRAYER in W.P.No.38662 of 2024 :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus, 3/6
directing the respondents to disburse the compensation for their father's share in acquired land situated at Coimbatore District, Coimbatore Taluk, No.12, Kalapatti Village, comprised in S.No.527 measuring and extent of 1.12 1⁄2 cre out of 4.50 Acre and consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2024.
For Petitioners : M/s.S.Esakkimuthu For Respondents : M/s.P.Sathish (R1 to R4) Additional Government Pleader COMMON ORDER When the matter is called, Mr.P.Sathish, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions would submit that the letter received by him from the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), (FAC) bearing No.843/2023/A2, in which it has been stated as follows:- "In the instant case, because of the land ownership could not be ascertained as multiple claims over the same land, the Hon'ble High Court in the Contempt Petition directed the respondents to refer the matter to the Civil Court. In obedience to the order, the award under 7 (3) of the above said Act has been passed, and compensation amount has been deposited in the Civil Court, Coimbatore and the LAOP number is awaited."
2.Recording the same, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. It is open 4/6
to the petitioner to move the concerned Court for receiving the compensation amount. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
