ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.10.2015 and investigate the same.

2.The petitioner lodged a complaint on 20.10.2015 against one Parampil Alexenter, Renu Ann Varughese and George Parampil on the allegation of the land grabbing. But, till date no action has been taken. Hence. the petitioner has filed the present criminal original petition.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 11.12.2015 directing the parties to approach Civil Court to workout their remedy and he has also produced the closure report for perusal of this Court.

4. Since the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired and closed, nothing survives in this petition.
