This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Paragraph No.8 of the order dated 16.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16973 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, since the defacto complainant is said to have practising as an Advocate at the same Court, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall furnish the sureties before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Perambalur, and other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain kept in tact.
