This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 02.08.2024 made in W.P.No.25194 of 2019, under Contempt of Courts Act. Page No.1 of 4

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that, as against the order dated dated 02.08.2024 made in W.P.No.25194 of 2019, the respondents have preferred a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.2667 of 2025, in which, the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has also granted an interim stay on 04.09.2025 in C.M.P.No.21452 of 2025. 3.

In view of the fact that the respondents have already been filed a Writ Appeal challenging the order dated 02.08.2024 in W.P.No.25194 of 2019 passed by the learned Single Judge, and the Division Bench has granted an interim stay, no further order is required in this Contempt Petition. 4.
