ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed complaining disobedience of the order dated 09.05.2025 passed in W.P.No. 17451 of 2025.

2. The grievance of the petitioner in the Writ Petition was that the quarry lease granted to 5 th and 6 th respondents is to be suspended for certain violations made by them However, in view of the submissions made by the official respondents that the lease period granted to the 5 th and 6 th respondents in the Writ Petition was expired on 06.12.2024 itself and further instructions was given that there is no quarry operation was carried out after the expiry of lease period, the Writ Petition was disposed of on 09.05.2025.

3. Th learned counsel for petitioner would submit that even after the disposal of Writ Petition, the illegal quarrying activities is undertaken by some private persons. If any such illegal quarrying is carried out, it is for the 2/4

petitioner to make necessary complaint before the authorities and to proceed in the manner known to law. This Court does not see any violation or disobedience of the order passed in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is dismissed.
