This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the order passed in E.P.No.14 of 2017 in O.S.No.42 of 2013 dated 05.08.2019, passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Arakkonam.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled out of the Court. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
