, till filling the charge sheet and thus render justice Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.SOUNDAR RAJAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8219 of 2021 on 24.08.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.16106 of 2020 dated 16.10.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
