When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the proceedings of the District Collector, Kancheepuram dated 27.09.2025 was placed before this Court. It is seen that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and directions have been issued to pay enhanced compensation. It is submitted that the money will be settled in favour of the petitioner within a period of four weeks.
