ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the third respondent to produce the corpus body of the petitioner's lover viz., Rubika, daughter of Vasudevan aged about 25 years from the custody of the 4th respondent and set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3.Pursuant to the earlier order passed, learned counsel appearing for the mother of the detenue and the fourth respondent, submitted that the detenue can take decision on her own life by being with the petitioner. Learned counsel also submitted that neither the mother nor her relatives would interfere with the life of the petitioner and the detenue. 4.Recording the above statement, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
