O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to file a final report by giving effect to the order dated 09.12.2014 passed in CrlOP No.31809 of 2014.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint and the same was registered in Crime No.754 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police, for the offence punishable under Section 409 IPC. But, the respondent has not shown any interest to investigate the same and file a final report. Therefore, he has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is going on and hence, he prays for three months time to complete the investigation and file a final report. 4.Considering the submissions made on both sides, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, after due enquiry, the case in Crime No.754 of 2013 has been registered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for the offence under Section 409 IPC. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to investigate the matter and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
