This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in paragraph No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.17007 of 2023, in Crime No.295/2022, dated 17.08.2023, i.e., the petitioners shall report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m. until further orders.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the CBCID Chennai, twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m. until further orders.
