Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's petition dated 18.11.2020 and also office copy No.1084/2018 G1 which is pending before the second respondent to issue separate patta to the petitioner based on the third respondent recommendation in Na.Ka.No.1458/2017(A) dated 03.01.2018 by removing the names of Krishnan and Sarasu @ Saroja which was wrongly included in the patta in new S.No.445/1 and 469/3.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the second respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's petition dated 18.11.2020 and also office copy No.1084/2018 G1 which is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pending before the second respondent to issue separate patta to the petitioner based on the third respondent recommendation in Na.Ka.No.1458/2017(A) dated 03.01.2018 by removing the names of Krishnan and Sarasu @ Saroja which was wrongly included in the patta in new S.No.445/1 and 469/3.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.11.2020 on the basis of the recommendation of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.1458/2017(A) dated 03.01.2018 and, after giving him opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
