This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners 1 to 5 being the Legal Representatives of the deceased petition M.Natesan as petitioners in the above Writ Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioners has produced a copy of the Death Certificate of the deceased M.Natesan and Legal Heirship Certificate along with this petition.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and this Court being satisfied with the same, this WMP is allowed as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and list the main Writ Petition for hearing on 09.12.2019.

5. Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader for HR & CE on the next hearing date.

6. Post on 09.12.2019.
