apd/sms 2.When the matter is takenup for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the Spl. Court of POCSO Act, Chennai and the same was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.313 of 2022 dated 28.12.2022.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
