ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent-Police to file Final Report in Crime No. 166/2019 pending on the file of the second respondent-Police, before the competent court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-Police on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No. 166/2019, charge sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirukazhukundram, vide E-Filing No.LTN20230001503C202500313 on 15.02.2025.

4. In view of the above submission, the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
