This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.No.1115 of 2022 on 06.10.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A.No.1115 of 2022 on 06.10.2022 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly from 14.10.2022.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A.No.1115 of 2022 on 06.10.2022 is totally relaxed.
