O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The allegation of the petitioner is in respect of unauthorised construction and encroachment by the private fourth respondent, in respect of which original representation was made on 26.05.2014. It is the allegation of the petitioner that the fourth respondent has even put up a open septic tank adjacent to the windows of the petitioner's house and the Pollution Control Board had issued directions to the third respondent on similar representation, but no action has taken place on the representation of the petitioner.

2.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent states that he has obtained instructions that necessary action in accordance with law will be taken within a maximum period of ten (10) days from today.

3.The aforesaid statement is taken on record and it is made clear that a violation of the same will be on the pain of contempt.
