This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 05.04.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.4743 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26318 of 2022 dated 16.11.2022 to report before the respondent Police on 1st Saturday of every month at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed.

However, the the petitioners6 shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
