ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 397, 392, 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Cr.No.232 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have robbed a sum of Rs.500/- from the defacto complainant. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that there are five previous cases as against the petitioner and would further submit that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.No.14710 of 2021 and this Court vide order dated 19.08.2021 has dismissed the said petition.

5.Considering the number of previous cases as against the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.14710 of 2021, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
