ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8,12 of the Gambling Act, r/w Section 506(i), 353 of IPC, in Crime No.660 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused were played the cards by fixing money and disobeyed the order of the respondent police. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution . Hence, he seeks for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this complaint.

4.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the investigation is still pending and the petitioner is a habitual offender and there are five previous cases pending against these petitioners. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the fact that the petitioner has involved in so many previous cases and also taking note of the fact that the petitioner is a habitual offender, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
