JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) This Writ Appeal is filed against the order of the learned Single Judge in WP No.17955 of 2022 dated 15.09.2022.

2. The appellant was elected as President of the Gundalapattai Primary Agriculture Co-operative Society and while he was working in the said Society , he was suspended vide proceedings dated 24.05.2022 by the respondent herein Challenging the said order, he has filed the writ petition. The writ court, by order dated 15.09.2022, had dismissed the writ petition. Challenging the said order, he has filed the present intra-court appeal.

3. At this juncture, it is informed by the counsel for the parties that the tenure of the appellant has expired. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the appeal.

4. In view of the above, the prayer as sought for by the appellant has become infructuous. Hence, the writ appeal stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, CMP Nos.17331 and 17333 of 2022 are closed.
