Crl.MP.No.13170 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.44196 of 2019 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 73 days in filing the above criminal revision petition filed against the order passed in C.A.No.20 of 2018, dated 20.03.2019, on the file of the learned District Sessions Judge, Thiruvarur confirming the sentence of imprisonment passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvarur in C.C.No.358 of 2008, dated 23.04.2018.

Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

The petition is ordered and the delay of 73 days in filing the above criminal revision petition filed against the order passed in C.A.No.20 of 2018, dated 20.03.2019, on the file of the learned District Sessions Judge, Thiruvarur confirming the sentence of imprisonment passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvarur in C.C.No.358 of 2008, dated 23.04.2018 is hereby condoned.

The Registry is directed to number the above criminal revision petition if it is otherwise in order and list the same for hearing.
