This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondentPolice to investigate the matter with respect to offences made out in Cr.No.15/2023 in F.I.R dated 28/09/2023 on the file of the respondent and file the Final Report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur and the same was taken on file in PRC No.79 of 2025 .

4. In view of the above submission, the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
