2.There is no representation on behalf the Petitioner. 3.Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that earlier this Court by a detailed order had dismissed the Anticipatory bail application filed by this Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.13125 of 2020 on 08.12.2020 and there is no change of circumstances.
