This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 106 days in filing the above criminal appeal against the Judgment dated 04.10.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Namakkal in C.C.No.463 of 2021.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 106 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
